Bank account changes cannot be made in Backoffice. Contact Dintero support to update your payout account before your next payout. ## How to request a change Email [support@dintero.com](mailto:support@dintero.com) with the subject line **Bank account change — \[your account ID]** and include: * Your Dintero account ID * A photo or official bank statement showing the new account number Dintero will confirm when the account has been updated. Allow a few business days for processing. Submit your request well before your next scheduled payout. If a payout is sent to the old account before the change is processed, contact support immediately to arrange recovery.
