Bank account changes cannot be made in Backoffice. Contact Dintero support to update your payout account before your next payout.

How to request a change

Email support@dintero.com with the subject line Bank account change — [your account ID] and include:
  • Your Dintero account ID
  • A photo or official bank statement showing the new account number
Dintero will confirm when the account has been updated. Allow a few business days for processing.
Submit your request well before your next scheduled payout. If a payout is sent to the old account before the change is processed, contact support immediately to arrange recovery.
